1. Server Information

• SpecialAttack.net Freebuild (64 slot multiworld) is available at the following address:

• The server is running the MCSharp software, both guests and ranked players are encouraged to read the quick command reference available here: http://www.specialattack.net/content/mcsharp-reference
• The server is available 24/7 apart from maintenance
• The server runs in a multiworld configuration with the main map being available to all players but periodically wiped, use the /levels and /goto commands to see/go to other loaded maps
• The only form of gameplay assistance allowed on the server is that provided by the World of Minecraft Client
  

2. Server Rules

• No intentional griefing (destroying of map/structures), especially projects actively being worked on
  
• No offensive imagery; tasteful nudity might be tolerated
• Main map is intended as a temporary project showcase and is expected to be periodiacally wiped or even somewhat griefed; build something nice requiring at least some effort to be promoted to builder and gain build access to other maps
• All maps besides main may be visited by guests but have build restrictions upon them; type /levels to see which maps are loaded

4. Operator and Builder Guidelines

• You are free to build on any map in any place provided you don't disturb other projects
• You are REQUIRED to familiarize yourself with the list of commands
• Do not restore backups of maps without good reason, preferably only after discussion with the head admin; write down the backup number you are intent on restoring (/restore lists the total number of available backups)
• Use active lava, water, air flood and operator blocks sparingly and only when needed, especially on maps with physics enabled
• The server is open to ALL, including newbies who might be mistaken for griefers at first sight. We have a no-spawn-jail policy due to backups and restricted multiworld policy
• Rule-breakers should be warned first, kicked after failing to comply and banned ONLY on repeated offence; bans should be used rarely and only as a last resort
• Feel free to promote anybody with a nice and/or sufficiently complicated project to builder; again, due to backups the risk of griefing is minimal
• Large-scale projects or impressive works of art on one of the build restricted maps should be awarded with the advanced builder rank
• Dedicated builders visiting the server on a regular basis might be given Operator status but preferably after discussion with the head admin or long-time Operators; this decision might be revoked at any time
• Do not show off with or abuse your admin powers unless they are needed for your projects; you should provide an enjoyable environment for server guests
  

5. Punishment

• Initially violators will be issued a warning, if they do not follow suit a kick and upon return to the server with continuing misbehavior a ban
• Griefing on any of the build restricted maps will be punished with immediate demotion to guest status with no definite timespan and regardless of rank
• Abusing rank-related commands will be punished with a demotion decided on a case-to-case basis

Most important of all - have fun and let others have fun! If you are the only one having fun, then you're doing it wrong!
