Our birthday

Just a quick message, congratulations to us! We're now officially 10 11 years old! (Yes, you are right, we completely forgot to post about our 10 year anniversary. We did celebrate, in an awesome villa in Portugal!)

Your new Discord server!

We've been testing out our Discord server over the last few days and we're ready to open it up to the public!

Discord is an easy to setup app for text and voice chat. It also works through a browser link albeit with slightly reduced functionality (for example push to talk won't work in a browser). It shows you who's online and who's playing what, be it Minecraft, Overwatch or games on Steam. You can add other chats, games and communities to it without logging out of another.

Redecorating a few servers - part 3

Virtual server "MrBrown" has succesfully been migrated to hardware platform "MrWhite". The Knights and Merchants server is back online.

Redecorating a few servers - part 2

MrBlue has been moved sucessfully to the other machine. All servers are back up and running!

To make some space on hardware platform "MrBlonde", we've decided to shut down 2 of our Red Orchestra servers. Operation Detatchment and Operation Barbarossa will no longer be operational....

Today we continue swapping VM's. MrBrown will be moved to hardware platform MrWhite. Due to this our Knights and Merchants server will be temporary down, it should be back online in a few hours.

Redecorating a few servers

We're currently in the process of moving over our virtual machine "MrBlue" from hardware platform "MrWhite" to hardware platform "MrBlonde".

Due to this move there will be an estimated downtime of a few hours for our TF2, FoF and Gmod gameservers.

After the move the servers will be available again at their usual IP's, so there's no need to update your favorites. As a result of this move the named gameservers should have an increased performance.

Fistful of frags second server

We've launched a second FoF server. Initially we'll be using this server for testing purposes, so it can be a tad unstable at times.

Currently it's running the same configuration as the first server with just a few differences in the backend.

We've added the latest snapshots of metamod:source and sourcemod so we can administer the servers from ingame and add more features in the future such as proper mapvoting, spapoints, reserved slots, etc.

A few updates

A summery of a few updates we've applied.

  • Fixed VMware graphs for MrWhite no longer being updated by munin
  • Fixed VMware graphs for MrBlonde no longer being updated by munin
  • Added CPU and memory usage graphs for MrOrange to the server status page


Fistful of frags server

Last night a "new" free game was released on steam called "Fistfull of frags".

You can find more information on this game at the steam platform.

About the game:

Fistful of Frags born years ago as a FPS Wild West themed modification for Source engine. It has been completely renewed for its Steam release, paying special attention to combat mechanics. Please note that current build lacks certain features and maps from past versions, as we are hoping to continue the work once the community grows.



  • Classic death-match and up to 4 teams death-match: non stop, all around action 
  • Detailed dual wield system: double dynamic crosshair, weapon flip for extra accuracy options, drop or throw your handguns as projectile attack 
  • Advanced multiplayer bots for off-line practice 
  • Historical black gunpowder based weapons as Colt Peacemaker/Navy/Walker, S&W Schofield, Volcanic pistol, Deringer, Smith Carbine, Sharps rifle or Henry Rifle 
  • Customization options: choose primary/secondary weapons and special perks 
  • Skill based scoring system: the more skill required to accomplish an attack, the higher score is 
  • Source Engine 2013: community managed dedicated servers, LAN support, 3rd party level design and user customization allowed
To accomondate for the influx of new players we've launched a server ourselves. We're not sure if we're keeping this server (depends on the popularity of the game within our own community).

Website updates (5)

As you can read below we've worked last couple of days on updating the website and the forums. For now we think we have most things ready. We'll leave you with one final update before we continue focussing on other aspects again.

  • Updated website CMS (Drupal) to the latest available release
  • Applied several security improvements to the website CMS
